This Privacy Policy explains how 3A Media Analytics ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our TikTok analytics service.

Voluntary TikTok connection

You connect your TikTok account voluntarily. Nothing is imported from TikTok until you authorize us to do so.

Official TikTok OAuth

We authenticate through TikTok's official Login Kit (OAuth 2.0). You are redirected to TikTok to approve the requested permissions, and then returned to our app.

No TikTok passwords

We never see, receive, or store your TikTok password. Authentication happens entirely on TikTok's servers.

Data we access

With your permission, we access basic profile information (open ID, display name, username, avatar, bio, verified status, follower/following counts, total likes, and video counts) and public metrics for the videos on your account (views, likes, comments, shares, cover image, share URL, and post date). We do not access private data or perform any actions on your behalf.

How we use the data

Your data is used only to display your analytics dashboard inside 3A Media Analytics. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for profiling outside the analytics service you signed up for.

Disconnect at any time

You can disconnect your TikTok account from the dashboard at any time. Disconnecting removes stored access tokens and deletes synced videos from our database.

Data deletion requests

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us. We will remove your profile, connection records, and synced videos from our systems.

Security

Access tokens are stored in our secured database with row-level security so that only your own account can read your data.
